"I wanted to do something special for my boyfriend while he was in Phoenix on business because he was on his first assignment for a new job. I know he loves Cheese-Its and I thought I could have it delivered. I called florists, delivery service companies, Safeway and the hotel for help in getting my mission accomplished. Frustrated and determined to get that box delivered, I decided to check out Phoenix's Chamber of Commerce website and that's where I found Southwest Concierge. I called and explained I want to surprise my boyfriend with a big box of cheese-its and have a card attached with the words "Comforts From Home." It was the best.
