  "I wanted to do something special for my boyfriend while he was in Phoenix on business because he was on his first assignment for a new job. I know he loves Cheese-Its and I thought I could have it delivered. I called florists, delivery service companies, Safeway and the hotel for help in getting my mission accomplished. Frustrated and determined to get that box delivered, I decided to check out Phoenix's Chamber of Commerce website and that's where I found Southwest Concierge. I called and explained I want to surprise my boyfriend with a big box of cheese-its and have a card attached with the words "Comforts From Home." It was the best. He said he was touched and he felt loved. Mission accomplished thanks to Tim. It's just great to know that Southwest Concierge is out there to assist with the important things in life.
