Employee Rates

On-Site Concierge Services:

On-Site Concierge Services are provided by the management and are billed monthly, quarterly or annually.  Pricing is based on the breadth of services to be provided the to the employees and then weighted against the number of employees (employees) authorized to use the service.  If Southwest Concierge arranges for any outside product or service, we would be pleased to handle all the arrangements, finalizing everything, including costs, with the employee personally prior to making any final arrangements on their behalf; and we never add a mark up to the cost of the service.  The employee is then billed for the service itself using payroll deduction (if offered by the employer), Visa, MC, AMEX or personal check.

Personal Assistance:

Southwest Concierge excels in providing personal support for busy individuals! Whether at your location or out running errands so the employee doesn’t have to…. our goal is to handle all those things that free the your staff to take on the day.

Personal Assistance is not a service provided by the employer…but is instead handed the same as any other 3rd party service request by the employee.  Personal Assistants are billed by the hour; $20.00/hr for single location and $25.00/hr for tasks requiring the use of our vehicle (such as errands).

• Minimum service time in the Greater Phoenix area is 2 hours.  Once the minimum has been met, the service is charged in quarter-hour increments.
• There is no charge for gas, mileage, or commute time to/from the location or city of service.
• Any purchases made on the employee’s behalf are usually paid upfront by Southwest Concierge; Southwest Concierge will then add those purchases to the invoice at the end of the service period.

• We welcome payment by MC, Visa, AMEX, PayPal, Money Order, Cash or personal check.  Payment is due following each service; credit options are available after 3 months for frequent use employees.
