Private Membership Rates

Concierge Services:

Concierge Services are billed at $7.50 for 15-minute increments. When you request the arrangement of any outside products or services, we’ll consult with you before we make any arrangements or finalize the details, including costs. We’ll charge you our cost to provide this service with no surprises tacked on.

Personal Assistance:

Southwest Concierge excels in providing personal support for people with busy schedules. Whether the service is provided at your location, or off-site, we can help reduce your stress by giving you back your time.

Personal Assistance is billed at $30.00 per hour for service provided at one location, and $35.00 per hour for tasks requiring the use of our vehicles.

• Our minimum service time in the greater Phoenix area is two hours.  Once the minimum has been met, we charge in 15-minute increments.
• We don’t charge for gas, mileage, or travel time to or from the location or city of service.
• Any purchases we make on your behalf are typically paid for upfront by us. We’ll then add these expenses onto your invoice at the end of the service period.
• Personal Assistant Services are available Monday – Saturday upon request. Some additional charges apply before 8 a.m., after 8 p.m., and on Sundays.
• We welcome payment by MasterCard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, money order, cash or personal check.  Payment is due following each service. Credit options are available for frequent clients after three months of consecutive service.
