Virtual Concierge Kiosk


Looking for another alternative to an on-site concierge?  How about a “Virtual Concierge”.  The Southwest Concierge Virtual Concierge Program allows your residents or employees the conveniences of an on-site concierge at a fraction of the cost.  By placing a concierge kiosk in place of an on-site concierge, residents or staff engage in real-time video conferencing with the concierge for any any request they might have.  By employing video conferencing residents and staff are able to build the same relationship with their trusted concierge that might ordinarily only be achieved by having an actual concierge on site....making their concierge no more than a single click away.

Southwest Concierge’s Virtual Kiosk program is built around the new Intel based Apple iMac with integrated iSight camera and Apple’s own iChat software. The computer itself is “locked down” from general use and is instead dedicated to interactive conversations with the concierge.  

Residents and employees who are equipped with AIM or Apple iChat at home may, of course, access the off-site concierge directly from their home or wherever their travels may take them. Today, residents and clients all over the Country are working directly with their concierge in full motion video or even simple text-chat from anywhere in the world.  

Wireless Internet is all that’s required to set up the visual / virtual kiosk center, allowing it to be positioned anywhere the client would like to have it placed.
